AIGA Rhode Island presents the inaugural KnowHER Design Talks. This series celebrates and highlights the strong female powerhouses who make up our design industry today. Every Thursday in March, one female designer will give a presentation on her work and her experiences.

Anna Fine is a Design Director at Droga5 NY.

She previously worked at R/GA and Anomaly on accounts like Verizon, Google, and Android. She also worked in tech with startups and venture capital after completing Google’s program, 30 Weeks, an incubator program that supports designers to found their own companies. She later spoke at the 2016 Harvard x Design conference about her time there.

Anna is an alumna of the School of Visual Arts where she returned to teach as an adjunct instructor of interaction design for Juniors. She and her co-instructor have since given talks at Columbia Business School and the School of Visual Arts on design thinking and how to get your first job, respectively.
